Frequently asked questions

Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added to your invoice. For example, Starter is TRY 2,000 + VAT per month (TRY 2,400 including VAT) and Pro is TRY 6,000 + VAT per month (TRY 7,200 including VAT).
What does "2 months on us" mean?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Starter is TRY 20,000 + VAT per year (≈ TRY 1,666.67 + VAT per month · save TRY 4,000 + VAT); Pro is TRY 60,000 + VAT per year (TRY 5,000 + VAT per month · save TRY 12,000 + VAT).
What counts as a message?
The quota is monthly and only incoming messages from your customers are counted; the assistant's replies are not. Starter includes 1,500 and Pro 5,000 messages per month. The count starts again at the beginning of each calendar month (Turkey time), and you can follow your usage in the Subscription section of your dashboard.
