How do I request deletion of my data?

1. Who holds your data?

The business you dealt with is the data controller for your booking, reservation, order and message records. Clevortex processes this data only on the business's behalf (data processor). Contacting the business is therefore the fastest route; if you can't reach it, contact us and we will forward your request to the business and delete the records in our systems.

2. Option 1 — Contact the business

Tell the business on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: "I request the deletion of my personal data." The business applies the request from its dashboard.

3. Option 2 — Contact us by email or with the form

Email kvkk@clevortex.com or fill in the form below. To match your request we need:

• The name of the business you were in contact with
• The phone number or Instagram username you messaged from
• Your full name and an email address we can reply to

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. It is used only to handle your request.

4. How long does it take?

We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and confirm in writing (KVKK Art. 13; GDPR: within one month). Message logs are deleted automatically after 90 days anyway.

5. What is deleted?

Your name, phone number, Instagram username, booking/reservation/order records, notes and message logs are deleted. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices) are retained for the statutory period; our reply will tell you which records fall into this category.

6. If you are a business owner

You can close your account and all data belonging to your business from the dashboard. When the account is closed the assistant stops, channels are disconnected and personal data is deleted after 30 days; you can reopen the account within that period.
