1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are saved in your browser when you visit a website. When you return, your browser sends them back to the site, so that, for example, you stay signed in or your preferences are remembered.

Similar technologies (such as the browser's session storage — sessionStorage) are not cookies, but we explain them in this policy as well.

2. Types of cookies

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site and dashboard to work, for security, for signing in and for remembering your preferences. They do not depend on your consent and cannot be switched off.

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies and the non-cookie storage described below; as no cookies that require your consent are used, we do not ask for your cookie consent.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

• sb-* (e.g. sb-<project ID>-auth-token) — Purpose: keeping a signed-in dashboard user's session alive and secure. Provider: Clevortex (first party; authentication infrastructure by Supabase). Duration: until you sign out, at most 400 days. Signed-in users only.
• clevortex_dil — Purpose: remembering the dashboard interface language (Turkish/English). Provider: Clevortex. Duration: 1 year. Dashboard only.
• clevortex_ig_durum — Purpose: securing the flow when a business connects its Instagram account (protection against forged requests). Provider: Clevortex. Duration: 10 minutes. Dashboard only.

4. Storage that is not a cookie

• clevortex_utm (sessionStorage) — Purpose: recording where your demo or contact request came from (UTM parameters, referring address, landing page) together with your request. Provider: Clevortex. Duration: for the session; deleted when the tab is closed. It is not a cookie and is sent to our servers only when you submit a form.
• clevortex_karsilama_v1 (localStorage) — Purpose: remembering that the intro animation has already been shown on this device (so it does not play again). Provider: Clevortex. Duration: until you clear your browser data. It only stores the value "1"; it contains no personal data and is never sent to our servers.
• clevortex_kurulum_istek (sessionStorage) — Purpose: preventing the same set-up request from being processed twice when you submit the set-up form (a single-use request ID). Provider: Clevortex. Duration: for the session; deleted when set-up is complete or the tab is closed. It contains no personal data.
• panel-animasyon-azalt (localStorage) — Purpose: remembering your "Reduce animations" choice in the dashboard on this device. Provider: Clevortex. Duration: until you change it or clear your browser data. Dashboard only; it contains no personal data and is never sent to our servers.
• clevortex-asistan-dil:… and clevortex-asistan-bagli:… (localStorage) — Purpose: remembering the language you chose in the chat bubble and recording once that the bubble received its first reply (on the demo shop on our website and on business websites that use the chat bubble). Provider: Clevortex. Duration: until you clear your browser data. They contain no personal data.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features, such as signing in to the dashboard, may not work.
