Terms of Use

1. Parties

Service provider: Clevortex. Subscriber: the business that signs up for the service and the users acting on its behalf.

2. Scope of the service

Clevortex provides an AI assistant that answers customer messages and takes bookings, reservations and orders on WhatsApp, Instagram and websites, together with a business dashboard and related tools. Features vary by plan and are described on the pricing pages.

AI replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. The subscriber is responsible for keeping the information the assistant gives (prices, stock, opening hours, etc.) accurate. The assistant does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Account and security

• Information provided at sign-up must be accurate and up to date.
• Account details and passwords must be kept confidential; unauthorised use must be reported immediately.
• The subscriber is responsible for activity carried out under its account.

4. Unacceptable use

• Unlawful, misleading or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights
• Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or use contrary to Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) platform policies
• Attempts to circumvent security, reverse engineer or overload the service
• In the health sector, promotional claims prohibited by regulation, such as guarantees or certain results

Clevortex may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules.

5. Fees and trial period

Paid plans are billed at the price and period shown on the pricing pages. If no plan has been chosen by the end of the trial, the account is frozen. You choose your plan in the panel and our team activates your account. Price changes are announced in advance.

6. Personal data

The subscriber is the data controller for its customers' personal data; Clevortex acts as data processor. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice. The subscriber must inform its customers as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The service, software and trademarks belong to Clevortex. The subscriber retains its rights to its own content (product information, images, texts) and permits their use within the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Clevortex is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or outages of third-party platforms (Meta, Telegram, etc.). Clevortex's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the subscriber in the 12 months before the damage arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

The subscriber may close its account from the dashboard at any time; personal data is deleted 30 days after closure. Clevortex may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
